Location matters, and ours is something you can feel the moment you arrive.
Bletchley Commons is the only coworking space in downtown Greenville that sits directly on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Members walk or bike in, take trail breaks in the middle of the day, and use the building’s showers, bike storage, and e-bike rentals as part of their regular routine.
It is the kind of place where productivity and outdoor life fit together naturally.
A Space Designed for Professionals and Students
Most coworking spaces focus only on remote workers or startups. Bletchley Commons includes the usual mix of freelancers and founders, but it also welcomes high school and college students and professionals who are building new skills, creating a more diverse and supportive community.

- $50 per month for students
There are no long-term contracts. Membership is month-to-month, and you can cancel when you need to.

Private Offices When You Need a Dedicated Space
Members who want a more permanent setup can lease one of our private offices. These are ideal for remote professionals, early-stage founders, or anyone who needs a personal workspace with the flexibility of being part of a larger community.
Downtown Convenience with Free Parking
Working downtown is great, but hunting for street parking is not. Members at Bletchley Commons can park in an attached lot at no cost. No circling the block. No garage fees. You can simply show up and get to work.
Meeting Rooms for Teams and Calls
Instead of squeezing into phone booths, you will have access to fourteen multi-person meeting rooms, ranging in capacity from 4 to 24. They are easy to reserve and give you a private space for Zoom calls, team sessions, or anything else that requires a closed door.
A Fully Equipped Podcast Studio
Creators have access to a professional podcast studio that makes recording simple and high quality. Whether you are launching a new show or interviewing guests, you can reserve the space and walk in ready to record.
A Place to Work, Study, and Belong
Inside Bletchley Commons you will find warm wood tables, plants, shelves full of books, natural light, modern art, and people working on things that matter to them. It is calm, cozy, and full of friendly focus.
